WWTF #1 HEADWORKS REHABILITATION PROJECT
Issue Date : 5/27/2026
Due Date : 7/9/2026 2:00 PM
Scope: The overall project consists of cleaning, sand blasting, inspecting, concrete repair & restoration, preparation and installation of the chemical resistant coating, and site restoration for the master lift station, headworks, and screening structure including any necessary equipment removal and reinstallation. The project will be completed in two phases: (1) Headworks and Master Pump Station and (2) Screening Structure. The City of Palm Coast is responsible for draining and bypassing the facilities, including all valve operations and vacuum truck coordination. Sufficient resources shall be available by the Contractor to minimize the out of service time at the Master Pump Station, Headworks, and Screening Structure as this is a critical facility for the City. The Owner and Contractor will coordinate through the work sequencing plan and project schedule.
