WATERFRONT PARK PHASE 2 – PARKING EXPANSION AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS

Due Date : 7/24/2025 2:00 PM
Scope: The City of Palm Coast is requesting proposals from Florida State Licensed General Contractors for construction work at our existing Waterfront Park located at 150 Waterfront Park Road, Palm Coast, Florida. The work will include site clearing and grading, work associated with a new vehicular parking lot, site lighting, Stormwater installation, concrete sidewalk installation and miscellaneous site amenities. Associated Landscaping to include tree removal and installation. Concrete and compaction testing shall be included in the scope. This project is partially funded by a grant from the Florida Inland Navigation District and will adhere to all requirements of that grant.
